واقع استخدام الأساتذة لتقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني في تدريس الطلبة بالجامعة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام تقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني في تدريس الطلبة بالجامعة من وجهة نظر أساتذة معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، والتعرف على إيجابيات وسلبيات ومعوقات التعليم الإلكتروني في تدريس الطلبة بالجامعة من وجهة نظر أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، والتوصل إلى المقترحات التي تساعد في تطوير التعليم الإلكتروني، ونظراً لطبيعة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ويتمثل المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة الأساسية في 27 أستاذ دائم من أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وعلى ذلك اتبع الطالب الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل لمجتمع بحثه من خلال تطبيق أداة الدراسة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الأساسي، وبعد التطبيق الميداني لأداة الدراسة حصل الطالب الباحث على 24 استبانة صالحة للتفريغ، ولجمع البيانات والمعلومات تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان حيث تحتوي على أربع محاور تتوزع على (محور مدى توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني 10 عبارات، أما محور إيجابيات التعليم الإلكتروني قد بلغ عبارته النهائية 10 عبارات، وقد بلغ عبارات محور سلبيات التعليم الإلكتروني 10 عبارات، فحين أن عبارات محور معوقات التعليم الإلكتروني بلغت عدد عباراته 10 عبارات)، وبعد معالجة النتائج إحصائيا توصل الطالب الباحث إلى أن نسبة اهتمام أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية باستخدام تقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني في تدريس الطلبة بالجامعة مرتفعة، وأنه توجد إيجابيات وسلبيات ومعوقات للتعليم الإلكتروني في تدريس الطلبة بالجامعة من وجهة نظر أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.The study aims to identify the reality of using e-learning techniques in teaching students at the university from the point of view of professors of the institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities, and to identify the pros, cons and obstacles of e-learning in teaching students at the university from the point of view of professors of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities, and to reach proposals Which helps in the development of e-learning, and due to the nature of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, Due to the nature of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used, and the original population of the basic study is represented by 27 permanent professors from the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. The members of the main study population, and after the field application of the study tool, the student researcher obtained 24 questionnaire valid for discharge, In order to collect data and information, the questionnaire tool was used, as it contains four axes distributed on (the extent of e-learning employment axis 10 phrases, while the e-learning positives axis has reached its final phrase 10 phrases, and the e-learning negatives axis has reached 10 phrases When the expressions of the axis of obstacles to e-learning amounted to 10 phrases, and after processing the results statistically, the student researcher concluded that the percentage of interest of the teachers of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities using e-learning techniques in teaching students at the university is high, and that there are pros, cons and obstacles E-learning in teaching students at the university from the point of view of the professors of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities.
