Corrélation entre la teneur en composes phénoliques et l'activité antioxydante de plante Urtica dioica

Abstract

في هذا العمل قمنا بالمساهمة في درسة نبات الحريق المعروف علميا ب Urtica Dioica و ذالك بايجاد علاقة رياضية تربط بين كمية المركبات الفينولية المكافئة لحمض الغاليك و الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة باستعمال طريقة ارجاع الحديد و طريقة ال DPPH . و كذالك كمية القلافنويدات المكافئة لمركب الروتين انطلاقا من النتائج المتحصل عليها استنتجنا علاقة ايجابية بين كمية المركبات الفينولية و الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة حسب معامل التصحيح ، و بين الفلافنويدات و الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة.

Dans ce travail, nous avons contribué à l'étude de la plante Urtica Dioica .en trouvant une relation mathématique liant la quantité de composés phénoliques équivalents à l’acide gallique et l’activité antioxydant en utilisant la méthode la réduction de fer et la méthode DPPH. Ainsi que la quantité de flavonoïdes équivalente au composé de rutine. Apres résultats obtenus, nous avons conclu à une relation positive entre la quantité de composés phénoliques et l'activité antioxydant, selon le coefficient de correction R2.

In this work, we contributed to the study of the Urtica Dioca plant by finding a mathematical relationship linking the amount of phenolic compounds equivalent to gallic acid and the antioxidant activity using the iron reduction method and the method DPPH. As well as the amount of flavonoids equivalent to the rutin compound. After the results obtained, we concluded that there was a positive relationship between the quantity of phenolic compounds and the antioxidant activity, according to the correction coefficient R2.
