Abstract

تعد المدونات الإلكترونية إحدى أدوات وتطبيقات الجيل الثاني من الأنترنيت الويب 2 التي تتسم بالتفاعلية، فمستخدمها يعيش في فضاء رقمي كبير ييسر له التواصل والاندماج مع المحيطين به، بدون أي قيود تقنية ومادية وقانونية. وانطلاقا من ذلك عملنا في ورقتنا هذه أن نستعرض ظاهرة المدونات الإلكترونية كرافد معرفي جديد في العالم الافتراضي، محاولين التعرف على أهم الجوانب لهذه الظاهرة الكونية مركزين فيها على ما يلي: المدونات الإلكترونية كمدخل مفاهيمي وكوسيلة جديدة، إضافة الى عنصر المدونات بين التأليف الحر والوصول الحر للمعلومات، كما تعرضنا الى المدونات الإلكترونية كإحدى مظاهر النشر على الخط (النشر الإلكتروني)، ثم عرجنا الى المدونات الإلكترونية كمصدر معلومات مفتوح على الشبكة العنكبوتية وتطرقنا في الأخير الى تيبولوجبا التدوين أين حاولنا عرض واقع التدوين الإلكتروني في العالم ،والعالم العربي، والجزائر. وتوصلنا الى أن المدونات الإلكترونية هي تلك الوسيلة التي بفضلها تجاوز جمهور المتلقين حدود المشاركة الى القيام بدور منتج وناشر للمحتوى وتحقيق التفاعل بينه وبين غيره، فهذا المحتوى الحر والمفتوح يوفر زخما ضخما من الإبداعات المعرفية والمعلومات المتنوعة التي يتم الوصول اليها سواء بالإتاحة الفورية أو اللاحقة، ومما زاد من رواجها هو أنها تختلف عن صفحات الويب الساكنة فهي تتميز بالاستمرار والتغير والتحديث. Blogs are one of the second-generation web 2 interactive tools, its user lives in a large digital space, which facilitates for him communication and integration with those around him, without any technical, material and legal restrictions. Based on that, and through this paper we’ll review the phenomenon of E-blogs, as a new source of knowledge in the virtual world, and also trying to identify the most important aspects of this cosmic phenomenon focusing on: Blogs and blogging as a conceptual input and as a new means, in addition to the blogs component between free authorship and free access to information, we also exposed to E-blogs as one of the manifestations of online publishing (electronic publishing). Then we turned to blogs as an open source of information on the Internet, and we finally touched on the blogging Typology, where we tried to present the reality of electronic blogging in the world, the Arab world, and Algeria.
