Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة دور الرقابة التنظيمية في تعزيز السلامة المهنية من خلال دراسة ميدانية قمنا بها على عينة من شركة سوناطراك قاعدة الأنابيب تقرت ‘ فكانت الإشكالية ممثلة بالسؤال المركزي التالي: هل تساهم الرقابة التنظيمية بمؤسسة سوناطراك قاعدة الأنابيب في ضبط وتعزيز السلامة المهنية للعمال؟ ومن خلال محاولة إثبات صحة الفرضية الرئيسية التي تنص على : دور الرقابة التنظيمية بمؤسسة سوناطراك قاعدة الأنابيب في ضبط وتعزيز السلامة المهنية للعمال ،حيث استخدمنا منهج البحث الميداني الذي يوافق بشكل كبير خصوصية هذه الدراسة إذا قمنا بإختيار عينة مكونة من 50 مبحوث (مفردة) ، كما استخدمنا الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ، ثم قمنا بإجراء التحليل عن طريق المنهج الكمي والكيفي معاً وبعد التحصل على النتائج من مجموعة الجداول التي قمنا بمعالجتها إحصائياً و سوسيولوجيا و لقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : -يساهم الإلتزام بالنظم الرقابية ( القوانين و اللوائح التنظيمية ) في ضبط السلامة المهنية . - تساهم الأساليب الرقابية في تعزيز السلامة المهنية

This study addressed the role of regulatory oversight in enhancing occupational safety through a field study we conducted on a sample of the Sonatrach Pipebase Company, Touggourt. The problem was represented by the following central question: Does regulatory oversight at the Sonatrach Pipebase Corporation contribute to controlling and enhancing occupational safety for workers? And by trying to prove the validity of the main hypothesis, which states: The solidarity of regulatory oversight at the Sonatrach Pipeline Foundation in controlling and enhancing the occupational safety of workers, we used the field research approach with the use of the descriptive approach, which largely agrees with the specificity of this study if we choose a sample consisting of 50 respondents ( Single) 'We also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data' Then we conducted the analysis through both the quantitative and qualitative approach and after obtaining the results from a set of tables that we processed statistically and sociologically, we reached the following results: -Compliance with regulatory systems (laws and regulations) contributes to controlling occupational safety.
