Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على التغيرات السيكولوجية والفيزيولوجية التي تقع عند الفتاة المراهقة بعد صدمة الاغتصاب باعتبار أن هذه الفترة جد حساسة وحاسمة في حياتهالما تحتاج إليه من هدوء وطمأنينة ودعم لتجاوز الصراعات النمائية الخاصة في هذه المرحلة، خاصةاذا كانت هذه الأخيرةصادمة وجارحة للمراهقة بعد صدمة الاغتصاب والمعيش النفسو صدمي لها،والذي يعتبر حدثا صادما يؤدي إلى جملة من التغيرات النفسية والفيزيولوجية لدى المراهقة منطلقين من الفرضية التالية: يؤدي الاغتصاب إلىأثار صدمية نفسية وفيزيولوجية مختلفة لدى المراهقات. معتمدين على الأدوات البحثية التالية : المقابلة نصف موجهة و استبيان تروماك*Traumaq* للصدمة النفسية ومقياس سلم الكيبيكي المعدل لأعراض اضطراب إجهاد مابعد الصدمة كأدوات بحث، إذ طبقت الدراسة على خمس حالات تبلغ أعمارهن بين (16-18 سنة) وقد جاءت النتائج على النحو التالي: ظهور تناذر الإجهاد مابعد الصدمة بشكل شديد جدا، مصحوبا ببعض الأعراض اللانمطية المتعلقة بالمجال العلائقي والاجتماعي والفيزيولوجي حيث أصبحت الحالات تميل إلى العزلة والانطواء مما أثر على نفسيتها ودراستها ومنهن من ظهر لديها بعض الأفكار الانتحارية من جراء الصدمة النفسية التي تعرضن لها ومنه تحققت الفرضيةوقد تم تفسير نتائج هذه الدراسة بناءا على الأطر النظرية للموضوع والدراسات السابقة .

The currentstudyaims to identify the psychological and physiological changes thatoccur in adolescent girls afterexperiencing the trauma of rape, consideringthatthisperiodishighly sensitive and critical in theirlives. This stage requirescalmness, reassurance, and support to overcome the developmentalconflictsspecific to this phase, especially if itinvolvestraumatic and painfuleventssuch as rape and itsconsequentpsychological trauma. This traumaticevent leads to a series of psychological and physiological changes in the adolescent, based on the followinghypothesis:Rape leads to varioustraumaticpsychological and physiologicaleffects in adolescent girls. The researchutilized the followingtools: semi-structured interviews, the Traumaq questionnaire for psychological trauma, and the revisedQuebecscale for symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) The studywasapplied to five cases agedbetween 16-18 years. The resultswere as follows:asevere manifestation of PTSD syndrome, accompanied by someatypicalsymptomsrelated to relational, social, and physiological aspects, with the cases tendingtowards isolation and withdrawal, affectingtheir mental state and studiesSome of the participants exhibitedsuicidalthoughts due to the psychological trauma theyexperienced, thusconfirming the hypothesis. The study'sresultswereinterpretedbased on theoreticalframeworks and previousstudies.
