الأخلاق المهنية و علاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ (دراسة ميدانية بثانوية عبد المجيد بومادة ورقلة)

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان الأخلاق المهنية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ، إذ تهدف إلى إبراز تأثير وعلاقة الأخلاق المهنية على الأداء الوظيفي ، وكذا محاولة التعرف على الالتزام المهني ومساهمته في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ ، ودور الاحترام المتبادل بين الزملاء والذي يرفع ويزيد من فعالية انجاز المهام الموكلة ، وكذا العلاقات الجيدة التي تسود بين الأساتذة داخل المؤسسة ، والتي تؤدي إلى الترابط والتساند والتكيف .وقد قمنا بإجراء هذه الدراسة بثانوية عبد المجيد بومادةبورقلة ، حيث شملت العينة 70 أستاذا ، وتم اختيارهم عن طريق المسح الشامل ، واعتمدنا فيه على المنهج الوصفي الذي يصف الظاهرة موضوعيا بالاعتماد على البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق استمارة البحث ، والتي استخدمت كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات ، وقد احتوت على أربع محاور ، وضمت 30 سؤالا.

This study is entitled “the professional ethics and its relationship to the job performance of a teacher”, as it aims at highlighting the impact and the relationship of professional ethics and the job performance, as well as an attempt to identify professional commitment and its contribution to improving the job performance of the teacher, and the role of mutual respect between colleagues, which raises and increases the effectiveness of completing assigned tasks. As well as the good relationships that prevail between teachers within the institution, that leads to interdependence, support and adaptation. We conducted this study at AbdelmadjidBoumadah Secondary School in Ouargla, where the sample included 70 teachers. They were selected through a comprehensive survey, in which we relied on the descriptive approach that describes the phenomenon objectively based on the data collected through the research form, which was used as a basic tool for collecting data. It contains four axes and includes 30 questions.
