اسهام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في عملية التواصل داخل جامعة ورقلة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من اساتدة كلية العلوم الانسانية والإجتماعية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على "إسهام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في عملية التواصل داخل جامعة ورقلة" إلى استكشاف كيفية تأثير التقنيات الحديثة على التواصل بين الأساتذة في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية داخل جامعة ورقلة وهذا من خلال الإجابة على التساؤولات المطروحة في الإشكالية ، تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات والإجابة على التساؤلات الفرعية، وهذا من خلال دراسة ميدانية، وكل ذالك قصد الحصول على تحليل لهذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت موضوع هذا العصر من حيث، استخدام الأدوات التكنولوجية مثل البريد الإلكتروني، ومنصات التعلم الإلكتروني، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتطبيقات المراسلة الفورية في تعزيز وتسهيل التواصل الأكاديمي والإداري . ومنه قد استنتجنا ان تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة أثبتت فعاليتها في تحسين التواصل داخل جامعة ورقلة، خاصة في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية رغم بعض التحديات، هناك إمكانات كبيرة للاستفادة الكاملة من هذه التقنيات من خلال تعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية وتوفير التدريب المستمر للأساتذة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة دعم تبني التكنولوجيا بشكل أوسع داخل الجامعة من خلال توفير الموارد اللازمة والتدريب المناسب، لتعظيم الفوائد وتحسين جودة التواصل الأكاديمي والإداري.

This study aimed to identify "the contribution of modern communication technology to the communication process within the University of Ouargla" and to explore how modern technologies affect communication between professors in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences within the University of Ouargla. This is by answering the questions posed in the problem. The curriculum was relied upon. Descriptive in collecting data and answering sub-questions, and this is through a field study, and all of this is with the aim of obtaining an analysis of this phenomenon that has become the subject of this era in terms of the use of technological tools such as e-mail, e-learning platforms, social media, and instant messaging applications in Promoting and facilitating academic and administrative communication. From this, we have concluded that modern communication technology has proven effective in improving communication within the University of Ouargla, especially in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Despite some challenges, there is great potential to take full advantage of these technologies by strengthening the digital infrastructure and providing continuous training for professors. The study recommends the need to support broader technology adoption within the university by providing the necessary resources and appropriate training, to maximize the benefits and improve the quality of academic and
