Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة تقييم أداء لوجستيات النقل بواسطة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) في المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار(ENSP)، بهدف كفاءة العمليات وخدمة العملاء وكذلك تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في أداء لوجستيات النقل بالمؤسسة، ولخدمة أغراض الدراسة استخدمنا أسلوب المقابلة والمعاينة بالمؤسسة وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها أن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ضرورية للمؤسسات لأنها توفر فهمًا واضحًا لأداء المؤسسة أو قسم معين، فهى تساعد في تحديد العمليات أو الأنشطة التي تعمل بشكل جيد وأيها تحتاج إلى تحسين، من خلال مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، يمكن للمؤسسة اتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية لتحسين الأداء

This study evaluates the performance of transportation logistics at the National Enterprise for Well Services (ENSP) using key performance indicators (KPIs),with The aim of improving operational efficiency and customer service, as well as Identifying the strengths and weaknesses in the organization's transportation logistics performance. for the purposes of this study, the researchers employed interview and sampling methods within the institution. The study arrived at a set of Key conclusions, the foremost being that key performance indicators are essential for organizations as they provide a clear understanding of the institution or a specific department. KPIs help identify which processes or activities are performing well and which ones require improvement. By monitoring key performance indicators, the organization can make informed decisions and implement corrective actions to enhance overall performance
