The objective of this study into clarify the role of functional financial analysis in "mills of laghouat" (2022 – 2023) through calculating the indicators using the functional budget. I have found that the financial situation of this institution is good during the study period.. This study has reached several results‚the most important are: - Financial analysis is the process of the processing date available for an institution to obtain information using the study of the most important indicatars of the functianal budget. - The company is able to cover short-term debts from is rightswith out resorting to the sale of its warehouses.
