Abstract: This study investigates analyze the sources of work pressure and their impact on job stability in public administrations in Algeria, based on a sample of employees from the Directorate of Transport, the Directorate of Organization and Social Affairs, as well as the Treasury of Ouargla state. To achieve this, the study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach, as well as descriptive and applied statistical tools to analyze the results of the survey conducted for this research. One of the most important findings of the study is that work pressure in public administrations in Algeria primarily stems from performance evaluation and advancement opportunities, as well as from difficult working conditions and workload. This negatively affected job stability in the sector, with variations in these pressures among public institutions based on their internal environment
