Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the impact of Information Technology on the performance of the Jordanian economy during the period (1995-2019). The information technology is measured by the percentage of internet users out of the population of Jordan, and the performance of the Jordanian economy is measured by the real gross domestic product. To achieve this goal, the Autoregressive Distributed Deceleration Model (ARDL) was used. The results of the study showed that an increasing in the number of Internet users as a percentage of the population by one unit leads to an increase in real GDP by 0.0028. Also the effect was positive in the short term, where an increase by 1% in internet users leads to an increase in GDP by about 0.0008. The effects of foreign direct investment and compensation of employees and capital were positive in the long and short terms
