الشفقة بالذات وعلاقتها بالصلابة النفسية لدى الطالبات المقيمات بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الشفقة بالذات والصلابة النفسية لدى الطالبات الجامعيات المقيمات في الإقامات الجامعية ولتقصي حيثيات هذا الموضوع تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي. وللتحقق من الفرضيات تم تطبيق مقياس الشفقة بالذات ومقياس الصلابة النفسية بعد التأكد من صدق وثبات كل من المقياسين على عينة قوامها 199 طالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية وذلك حسب مدة الإقامة(عامين،3سنوات،5سنوات). وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة تم التوصل إلى: 1/مستوى الشفقة بالذات لدى الطالبات المقيمات بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة منخفض. 2/مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الطالبات المقيمات بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة مرتفع. 3/ وجود علاقة سالبة بين الشفقة بالذات والصلابة النفسية لدى الطالبات المقيمات. 4/توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الشفقة بالذات لدى الطالبات الجامعيات المقيمات تعزى لمتغير مدة الإقامة. 5/توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الطالبات الجامعيات المقيمات تعزى لمتغير مدة الإقامة.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-compassion and psychological toughness among female university students residing in university residencies. To investigate the merits of this topic, a descriptive approach was followed. To verify the hypotheses, the self-compassion scale and the psychological toughness scale were applied after ensuring the validity and reliability of both scales on a sample of 199 female students, who were selected in a stratified random manner according to the length of residence (2 years, 3 years, and 5 years). After statistical processing of the study data, it was concluded that: 1/The level of self-compassion among female students residing at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla is low. 2/the level of psychological hardiness among female students residing at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla is high. 3/ There is a negative relationship between self-compassion and psychological toughness among female resident students. 4/There are statistically significant differences in the level of self-compassion among resident university students due to the variable duration of residence. 5/ There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological toughness among resident female university students due to the variable duration of residence.
