المعالجة الاعلامية لفيضانات ليبيا "المنطقة الشرقية درنة" دراسة تحليلية لعينة من حلقات برنامج "الحصادالاخباري"لقناة الجزيرة في الفترة الزمنية من 12 سبتمبر 2023 إلى غاية 22 سبتمبر 2023.

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في آلية تغطية ومعالجة قناة الجزيرة إعلاميا لفيضان درنه الشرقية بليبيا عبر برنامج الحصاد الإخباري شكلا ومضمونا، إذ تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، حيث وقفت هذه الدراسة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: كيف عالجت قناة الجزيرة فيضانات درنة الشرقية من خلال برنامج الحصاد الإخباري أثناء الحدث؟، وقد تم الإعتماد على إستمارة تحليل المحتوى، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: ▪ القالب الفني الذي غلب هو الحديث الصحفي نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع الذي تمت معالجته، إذ يتناسب هذا النوع من القوالب الفنية مع البرنامج حيث يسهم في تقديم المحتوى بشكل متناسق. ▪ أظهرت الدراسة أن اللقطة الصدرية كان لها إستحواذا كبيرا على الإهتمام، مما يدل على أهمية التركيز على ملامح الوجه لتحديد جدية الشخص وتأثره بالمواضيع المطروحة. ▪ تناول البرنامج أثناء عرضه للكارثة عدة مواضيع مهمة تخص هذه الحادثة، حيث تم التركيز بشكل أساسي على الإجراءات والإحترازات التي قامت بها الدولة من أجل النهوض والخروج من الأزمة مع تسليط الضوء على جهود فرق الإنقاذ ومعاناة سكان المنطقة. ▪ يتضح من خلال ما تم عرضه أن هناك توازنا في إستخدام مصادر المعلومات، حيث تعتمد القنوات الإعلامية على مزيج من المصادر الرسمية وشهود العيان لتوفير تغطية شاملة وموثوقة للأحداث. هذا التنوع في المصادر يعزز من دقة الأخبار وموثوقيتها، ويمكن الجمهور من الحصول على صورة متكاملة ووافية عن الأحداث الجارية.

This study seeks to investigate how Al Jazeera channel covered and addressed the media aspects of the floods in eastern Derna through the program "Al-Hisad" in form and content.

This study falls within the descriptive analytical studies, where it focused on the following main question: How did Al Jazeera cover the floods in eastern Derna through the news program "Al-Hisad" during the event?

The descriptive method and content analysis tool were utilized for this study.

The study reached several conclusions demonstrating how the coverage and handling were both in form and content, including:

- The predominant technical format was journalistic discourse due to the nature of the subject matter, which aligns well with the program and contributes to presenting the content cohesively.

- The study showed that the main focus was on the lead image, indicating the importance of focusing on facial expressions to determine the seriousness of individuals and their reaction to the topics discussed.

- The program addressed several important topics related to the disaster, focusing primarily on the actions and precautions taken by the state to recover from the crisis, shedding light on the efforts of teams and the struggles affecting the region's residents.

- It is evident from the presentation that there is a balance in the use of information sources, with media channels relying on a mix of official sources and eyewitnesses to provide comprehensive and reliable coverage of events. This diversity in sources enhances the accuracy and reliability of the news, allowing the audience to obtain a comprehensive and sufficient understanding of the ongoing events.
