Abstract

تناولت دراستنا المعنونة بدوافع استخدام الطلبة للخدمات الرقمية في المؤسسات الجامعية و الإشباعات المحققة منه, حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة للإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ماهى الدوافع الكامنة وراء إستخدام الطلبة للخدمات الرقمية التى تستخدمها جامعة ورقلة وتم الإعتماد في إنجاز هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفىوالعينة القصدية، حيث تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في طلبة الاتصال الجماهيري قسم علوم الاعلام واتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وتم توزيع الإستمارات على عينة مكونة من 55 طالب وطالبة. تم استخلاص أهم النتائج من هذه الدراسة فيما يلى: إن جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة سعت الى تحويل المعاملات الإدارية التقليدية مع الطلبة الى تطبيق أنظمة إلكترونية رقمية، بشكل تدريجي ومدروس في قطاعاتها المختلفة،بحيث تساهم في تحسين التميز وجودة التعليم العالى من خلال استخدامها للبيئة الرقمية لتحسين الخدمات التعليمية وتوفير تجارب تعليمية متميزة،كما تم إعتماد المنصات الرقمية التي تساهم بشكل كبير في تخفيف الضغط على موظفى الإدارة الجامعية وعلى الطلبة والاساتذة.

this study focused on the motivations behind the use of digital services by students in university institutions and the resulting satisfaction. This study aimed to answer the following problem: What are the motivations behind the use by students of digital services used by the University of Ouargla To complete this study, we relied on the descriptive approach and the purposive sample, because the population studied was represented by students of the second master's degree in media and communication at the University of Kasdi-MerbahOuargla, and the questionnaires were were distributed to a sample. of 55 students. The most important results of this study have been extracted as follows The University of Kasdi-MerbahOuargla has sought to transform traditional administrative transactions with students by applying digital electronic systems, gradually and thoughtfully, in its various sectors, so that it contributes to the improvement of excellence and quality of higher education through its use of the digital environment to improve educational services and provide distinguished educational experiences. The adoption of digital platforms goes a long way in reducing pressure on university administrative staff and the transportation burden on students.
