Abstract

شكلت ثورة تونس فرصة كبيرة من أجل تحقيق عدالة انتقالية كفيلة بإنجاح المسار الديمقراطي، على غرار التجارب الرائدة التي تحققت في بعض بلدان العالم. وقد خلصت الورقة إلى أن العدالة الانتقالية في تونس حملت عدة مزايا وإيجابيات تجسدت على مستوى الجانب الإجرائي والتشريعي؛ بإنشاء وزارة تعنى بحقوق الإنسان والعدالة الانتقالية، وإنشاء هيئة الحقيقة والكرامة، إلا أن مسارها شهد تموجات بسبب عدم ثبات مؤشره في الاتجاه المرسوم له، وذلك بالنظر لجملة التغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية التي صاحبت عملية الانتقال الديمقراطي، وما صاحب التجربة الديمقراطية التونسية من هزات وارتدادات. Abstract: The Tunisian revolution represented a great opportunity to achieve transitional justice that would ensure the success of the democratic process. The paper concluded that transitional justice in Tunisia carried several advantages and positives, but its path witnessed ripples due to the lack of stability in its indicator in the direction set for it, in view of the totality of political and economic changes that accompanied the democratic transition process, and the tremors and repercussions that accompanied the Tunisian democratic experience.
