Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز دور التحول الرقمي في رفع كفاءة أداء العامليين ومعرفة أساليب استغلال الإدارة الجامعية للرقمنة وتحديد المعوقات التي تحد من رفع كفاءة الأداء، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل النتائج الكمية، وتم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل في الدراسة حيث ان مجتمع الدراسة اقل من ستين شخص وفي الأخير توصلنا الى ان التحول الرقمي يساهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء عبر استعمال الوسائل الرقمية بشكل جيد والتفاعل المستمر مع الآلات التي بدورها تكسب خبرة التي يحتاجها العامل والتي تجعله ينجز عمله بأفضل صورة وأسرع وقت وبأقل جهد ممكن.

The study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in raising the efficiency of the performance of workers and knowing the methods of exploiting the university administration for digitization and defining the obstacles that limit the raising of performance efficiency, and the descriptive approach was relied upon to analyze quantitative results, and the comprehensive inventory method was used in the study as the study community is less than sixty Finally, we have found that the digital transformation contributes to raising the efficiency of performance by using digital means well and continuous interaction with the machines that in turn gain the experience that the worker needs and which makes him accomplish his work in the best way and the fastest time and with the least possible effort.
