العلاقات غير الرسمية ودورها في تعزيز الثقافة الأمنية في المؤسسة الصناعية دراسة ميدانية بشركة رغوة الجنوب -تقرت-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور العلاقات غير الرسمية في تعزيز الثقافة الأمنية في المؤسسة الصناعية ,وكان ميدان الدراسة شركة رغوة الجنوب –تقرت- والتي أجريت خلال الموسم الجامعي 2023/2024 على مجتمع بحث يتكون من 88 عاملا بالمؤسسة موزعين على مختلف الورشات، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ,أما أدوات جمع البيانات فقد تمثلت في الاستمارة كأداة أساسية والملاحظة البسيطة كأداة مساعدة، ثم جمع المعلومات المتحصل عليها وتبويبها ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على النسب المئوية والتكرارات في اختبار التساؤلات الجزئية للبحث. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - أن التعاون والتشاور بين العمال والذي يندرج ضمن إطار العلاقات غير الرسمية له دورفي تطبيق الإجراءات الوقائية وضرورة الالتزام بتنفيذ طرق الوقاية والحماية في المؤسسة الصناعية. - العلاقات غير الرسمية المتمثلة في التواصل بين العمال وتبادلهم للمعلومات والنصائح السرية السائدة بينهم أثناء العمل لها دور في الحفاظ على البيئة الآمنة للعمل في المؤسسة. - أظهرت الدراسة أن العلاقات غير الرسمية بين العمال والمتمثلة في تبادلهم للمعلومات والنصائح والخبرات حول ضرورة الالتزام بالقوانين وتطبيق التعليمات الأمنية لها دور في تحقيق السلامة المهنية في المؤسسة.

This study aimed to find out the role of informal relations in enhancing the security culture in the industrial institution, and the field of study was the South Foam Company - Touggourt - which was conducted during the university season 2023/2024 on a research community consisting of 88 workers in the institution distributed over various workshops, and this study relied on the descriptive approach, as for the data collection tools, it was represented in the form as a basic tool and simple observation as an auxiliary tool, Then collect, classify and process the obtained information statistically based on percentages and frequencies in the partial questions test of the research. The results of the study found that: - Cooperation and consultation among workers, which falls within the framework of informal relations, has a role in the application of preventive measures and the need to adhere to the implementation of prevention and protection methods in the industrial enterprise. - Informal relations represented in communication between workers and their exchange of confidential information and advice prevailing between them during work have a role in maintaining a safe environment for work in the organization.
