The Role of Social Entrepreneurship in Achieving Economic Empowerment of Vulnerable Groups دور ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في تحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للفئات الهشة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية كآلية لتمكين الاقتصادي للفئات الهشة، إذ أصبحت ريادة الأعمال ذات التوجه الاجتماعي بحثاً واعدًا يتطلب العديد من الدراسات و الأبحاث المعمقة، كونها تتبنى مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة خصوصًا البعدين الاجتماعي و البيئي، وبعد عرض المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية و التمكين الاقتصادي للفئات الهشة، قمنا بإستعراض تجربة لجنة النهوض بالريف (BARC) و بنك جرامين (Grameen) في بنجلاديش، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن كل من التجربتين قد أثرتا بشكل إيجابي في تقليل نسب الفقر و تمكين الفئات الهشة، مما أسهم في إعادة تشكيل نموذج التنمية على المستوى العالمي. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of social entrepreneurship as a mechanism for economic empowerment of vulnerable groups. Socially-oriented entrepreneurship has become a promising field that requires extensive studies and in-depth research, as it embraces the concepts of sustainable development, especially the social and environmental dimensions. After presenting the theoretical concepts related to social entrepreneurship and the economic empowerment of vulnerable groups, we reviewed the experiences of the Rural Advancement Committee (BARC) and the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh. The study concluded that both experiences had a positive impact on reducing poverty rates and empowering vulnerable groups, contributing to reshaping the global development model
