دور سلوكيات القيادة الأخلاقية في الحد من ظاهرة الصمت التنظيمي بالمؤسسات الصحية الجزائرية The role of ethical leadership behaviors in reducing the phenomenon of organizational silence in Algerian health institutions

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة بالأساس إلى معرفة دور سلوكيات القيادة الأخلاقية في الحد من ظاهرة الصمت التنظيمي في المؤسسات الصحية الجزائرية، وقد تم توزيع (61) استمارة استبيان على العاملين في المؤسسة الاستشفائية الحكيم سعدان بولاية بسكرة، وتم التوصل للعديد من النتائج، أهمها أن هناك مستوى متوسط لكل من سلوكيات القيادة الأخلاقية (مأخوذة بصفة مجتمعة) والصمت التنظيمي، وعلاقة ارتباط سالبة وتأثير ذو دلالة احصائية بين سلوكيات القيادة الأخلاقية (مأخوذة بصفة مجتمعة) والصمت التنظيمي، وتأثير ذو دلالة احصائية بين سلوك التوجه الأخلاقي والصمت التنظيمي، في حين أن باقي السلوكيات لم تكن دالة احصائيا. This study aimed mainly to know the role of ethical leadership behaviors in reducing the phenomenon of organizational silence in Algerian health institutions, (61) questionnaires were distributed to employees of the Hakim Saadane Hospital in the Wilayat of Biskra, Many results were obtained, The most important of which is that there is an average level of both ethical leadership behaviors (taken collectively) and organizational silence, And a negative correlation and a statistically significant effect between ethical leadership behaviors (taken collectively) and organizational silence, And there was a statistically significant effect between the behavior of moral orientation and organizational silence, while the rest of the behaviors were not statistically significant.
