Abstract

الخلفية:يعد التوظيف النفسي المسير لمكونات الجهاز النفسي،فهو يعمل على حماية الانا من كل الأخطار التي تهدد أمنه واستقراره وتسبب له ألم وذلك لضمان الانسجام والتوازن داخله. الهدف:الكشف عن التوظيف النفسي للمراهقة المتعرضة لصدمة الاغتصاب ومعرفة كيف واجه الجهاز النفسي الحدث الصادم. المنهج: اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة حالة ،باستعمال المقابلة نصف الموجهة وتطبيق اختبار الروشاخ ،وذلك بالتعامل مع حالة واحدة بمستشفى الأم والطفل عمر بوخريص_بورقلة. النتائج: تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التوظيف النفسي للمراهقة المتعرضة لصدمة الاغتصاب يتميز بسوء العقلنة وفقر الفضاء الخيالي وسوء الارصان النزوي العدواني والجنسي. الخلاصة: ركزت دراستنا الحالية على المتعرضة لصدمة الاغتصاب لمعرفة بم يتميز هذا الأخير وكيف واجه الجهاز النفسي الصدمة.

Background:Psychological Functioning refers to the operation of the components in protecting the ego from threatsto its security and stability,thus preventing pain and ensuring internal harmony and balance. Objective:To investigate the psychological Functioning of a teenage girl who has experienced the trauma of rape and to understand how the psychological apparatus has coped with the traumatic event. Method: this study employed a clinical case study approach, utilizing semi-directive-interviews and the Rorschach test. The subject of the study was a single case at the Omar Bukhres Mother and child hospital in ouargla. Results: The results of Our study indicate that the psychological Functioning of a teenage girl who has experienced the trauma of rape is characterized by poor mentalizatoin, a deficiency in imaginative space,and poor integration of aggressive and sexual drives. Conclusion: This study focused on a teenage girl who experienced the trauma of rape to understand the characteristics of this experience and how the psychological apparatus coped with the trauma.
