الرقابة الداخلية لدى عمال البنوك دراسة ميدانية ببعض البنوك بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة مستوي الرقابة الداخلية لدي عمال البنوك ومعرفة دلالة الفروق في المستوى وفق بعض المتغيرات (الجنس، المستوي الدراسي، الأقدمية)، واعتمدنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة مكونة من (120) عامل في بعض البنوك بولاية ورقلة خلال الموسم الدراسي(2024/2023) وخلصت نتائج دراسة إلى: - وجود مستوي مرتفع في الرقابة الداخلية لدي عمال البنوك بولاية ورقلة . - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي الرقابة الداخلية لدي عمال لبنوك يعزي لمتغير (الأقدمية) - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي الرقابة الداخلية لدي عمال لبنوك يعزي لمتغير (الجنس، المستوي الدراسي ). وقد تم عرض وتحليل ومناقشة وتفسير النتائج في ظل التراث النظري والميداني.

The current study aims to study the level of internal control of bank workers and their employees by asking the following questions: What level of internal control do bank workers have Is there any significant differences in the level of internal control of bank workers attributed to the gender variant Is there any significant differences in the level of internal control attributable to the variable of the academic level Is there any significant differences in the level of internal control attributable to the variable of seniority In our study, we adopted the exploratory descriptive curriculum and the scale was applied to a sample of (120) bank workers in the state of warkala during the academic season (2024/2023) The results of a study concluded that there is a high level of internal control among bank workers and the presence of significant differences in the level of internal control among bank workers attributed to a variable (gender, educational level, seniority) The results were discussed and analyzed under the theoretical and field heritage.
