إتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي نحو عمل مستشار التوجيه المدرسي وعلاقتها بتوافقهم النفسي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن إتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي نحو عمل مستشار التوجيه و علاقتها بالتوافق النفسي، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي و استخدمنا إستبيانين كأداتين لجمع البيانات، أحدهما لقياس إتجاهات التلاميذ نحو عمل مستشار التوجيه المدرسي، و قد تكون من 24 بند مقسم وفق ثلاثة أبعاد ( الإتجاه نحو مهنة الإعلام، و الإتجاه نحو مهنة التوجيه، و الإتجاه نحو مهنة التقويم ). أما الإستبيان الثاني فهو لقياس التوافق النفسي لدى التلاميذ و قد تكون من 40 بند مقسم وفق 4 أبعاد (التوافق الشخصي، التوافق الإجتماعي، التوافق الأسري، التوافق الإنفعالي). و بلغ عدد أفراد العينة 134 تلميذ و تلميذة يدرسون في أقسام السنة الثانية ثانوي ببعض ثانويات مدينة تقرت، و بعد قيامنا بالدراسة النظرية و الميدانية و تفريغنا لبيانات دراستنا و تحليلها و مناقشتها و تفسيرها توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - إتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي نحو عمل مستشار التوجيه سلبية. - مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي متوسط. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية بين إتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي نحو عمل مستشار التوجيه والتوافق النفسي.

This study aims to reveal the orientation of second-year secondary school students to work as a Guidance Counselor and their relationship to psychological consistency; it aims as well to determine the level of psychological consistency among second-year secondary school students, as well as to identify whether there is a relationship between the students’ orientation to work as a school guidance counselor and their consistency. We relied on the descriptive approach and used two questionnaires as tools for collecting data, one of which was to measure the students’ orientation toward the position of a school guidance counselor, and it may consist of 24 items divided according to three dimensions (the attitude toward the media profession, the attitude toward the guidance profession and the attitude toward the profession of assessment). The second questionnaire is to measure the students’ psychological consistency and it consists of 40 items divided according to 4 dimensions (personal consistency, social consistency, family consistency, emotional consistency). The number of members of the sample was 134 male and female students studying in the second year secondary school in some high schools in Touggourt. After conducting the theoretical and field study and transcribing, analyzing, discussing and interpreting the data of our study, we concluded the following results: - The orientation of second-year secondary school students to work as a guidance counselor is negative. - The level of psychological consistency among second-year secondary school students is medium. - There is a direct correlation between students’ orientations and psychological consistency.
