العملية الإتصالية داخل الإدارات العمومية دراسة ميدانية على مديرية الصحة لولايةا لمغير

Abstract

تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول العملية الإتصالية داخل الإدارات العمومية دراسة ميدانية على مديرية الصحة لولاية المغير حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العملية الاتصالية داخل، وكذا إظهار المظاهر الإيجابية والسلبية لمفهوم اتصال الداخلي حسب تصورات العمال، إضافة تسليط الضوء على الدور التي تلعبه الإدارة في تعزيز قيم وأبعاد اتصال نظر العمال. وقد انطلقت هذه الدراسة من سؤال رئيسي مفادها:  ما واقع العملية الإتصالية داخل الإدارات العمومية مديرية الصحة لولاية المغير؟ واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدت على أداة الاستبانة، وحيث اعتمدت أيضا على العينة الغير احتمالية، وتكونت عينة (50). توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج: نشاهد ان وسائل الاتصال الشفهية داخل مديرية الصحة لولاية المغير فكانت عبارة عن الاجتماعات، وداك راجع ان المؤسسة لديها طريقة فعالة وسريعة وحسن تفاهم بينهم ، نستنتج ان العملية وسائل الاتصال المكتوبة داخل مؤسسة مديرية الصحة بولاية المغير تكون بتقارير، وذلك أنها الوسيلة الأولى ورئيسية للتواصل لسهولة الحصول على المعلومات ونقلها من جهة الى أخرى بطريقة واضحة وبسيطة ومفهومة لدى الموظفين، نستنتج ان استخدام الإنترنت داخل المؤسسة الصحة لولاية المغير بشكل كبير حيت ان الإنترنت أصبحت جد مهمة في العملية الاتصال وذلك لسهولة التنقل وسير. المعلومات فيها وتداولها بطريقة جيدة وفعالة، وبالتالي تأثر الأنترنت على فعالية الاتصال الداخلي بالمؤسسة إيجابيا.

The Role of Internal Communication in Public Administration: A Field Study on the Directorate of Health in M'Ghair Province. This study focused on the communication process within public administrations, a field study on the Directorate of Health for M'Ghair Province. The study aimed to identify the communication process within, as well as to show the positive and negative aspects of the concept of internal communication according to the perceptions of workers, in addition to shedding light on the role played by management in promoting the values and dimensions of communication in the eyes of workers. The study started from a main question, which is: What is the role of the communication process within public administrations, the Directorate of Health for M'Ghair Province? The study used the descriptive survey method and relied on the questionnaire tool, and relied on the non-probability sample, and the sample (50) was formed. The study reached a number of results: We observe that the oral means of communication within the Directorate of Health for M'Ghair Province were meetings, and this is due to the fact that the institution has an effective, fast and well-understood way between them. We conclude that the means of written communication within the Directorate of Health institution in M'Ghair Province are reports, as it is the first and main means of communication for the ease of obtaining and transferring information from one party to another in a clear, simple and understandable way for employees. We conclude that the use of the Internet within the health institution in M'Ghair Province is great, as the Internet has become very important in the communication process due to the ease of movement and flow of information in it and its circulation in a good and effective way. Thus, the Internet has a positive impact on the effectiveness of internal communication within the institution.
