تأثير عضوية المرأة في مجــلس الإدارة على الأداء المالي دراسة اختبارية على عينة من الشركات المدرجة في بورصة السعودية خلال الفترة 2023 – 201

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لفحص أثر عضوية المرأة في مجلس الإدارة على الأداء المالي لعينة مكونة من 22 شركة مدرجة في بورصة السعودية خلال الفترة 2019-2023، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على بناء نموذج لبيانات بانل Panel Data Model ، حيث تضمن الأداء المالي كمتغير تابع وعضوية المرأة في مجلس الإدارة كمتغير مستقل، بالإضافة إلى بعض المتغيرات الأخرى المؤثرة على تلك العلاقة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم جود علاقة بين عضوية المرأة في مجلس الادارة والأداء المالي مقاسا بمعدل العائد على الأصول ROA ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية ROE للشركات المدرجة في بورصة السعودية.

This study aimed to test the impact of women’s membership in the Board of Directors on the financial performance of a sample of 22 companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange 22 companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange during the period 201-2023. to achieve this objective, the study was based on the construction of Panel Data Model, which included financial performance as a dependent variable, and women’s membership in the Board of Directors as an independent variable, in addition to some other variables affecting that relationship. The study concluded that there is no relationship between women’s membership in the board of directors and financial performance measured by the rate of return on assets (ROA) and the rate of return on equity (ROE) of companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange. )
