Conducting a gap analysis for the implementation of an QHSE management system Case study: Expro Algeria

Abstract

Introduced by its direction, Expro decided to implement a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system to achieve ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. This ambitious initiative required a thorough assessment of the company's existing capabilities and meticulous planning. To support Expro in this endeavour, we conducted a gap analysis to compare the current system with the standards requirements. This analysis identified areas of non-conformance and facilitated the development of a detailed plan to achieve full compliance. The results of the gap analysis revealed that Expro's well-established and documented QHSE management system required minimal adjustments to meet the ISO standards.

Introduite par sa direction, Expro a décidé de mettre en place un système de gestion QHSE (Qualité, Santé, Sécurité et Environnement) pour obtenir les certifications ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 et ISO 14001:2015. Cette initiative ambitieuse a nécessité une évaluation approfondie des capacités existantes de l'entreprise et une planification minutieuse. Pour soutenir Expro dans cette démarche, nous avons réalisé Diagnostic QHSE afin de comparer le système actuel aux exigences des normes. Cette analyse a permis d'identifier les domaines de non-conformité et a facilité l'élaboration d'un plan détaillé pour atteindre une conformité totale. Les résultats de l'analyse des écarts ont révélé que le système de gestion QHSE bien établi et documenté d'Expro nécessitait des ajustements minimes pour répondre aux normes ISO
