لجريمة ومرتكبيها في الجزائر العاصمة Crime and Its Perpetrators in the Capital of Algeria

Abstract

إن الغاية التي نطمح إليها من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تتبع تطور الظاهرة الإجرامية ومستوياتها خلال فترات زمنية مختلفة في احدى مدن الجزائر الكبرى (ولاية الجزائر العاصمة) بالاعتماد على عرض وتحليل مختلف المعطيات الإحصائية الرسمية المقدمة لنا من طرف المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني وكذلك قيادة الدرك الوطني. كما تهدف الدراسة على الوقوف عند الاختلاف في حجم الجريمة أيضا ونوعها باختلاف بعض الخصائص الديموغرافية لمرتكبي الجرائم في الجزائر العاصمة بمختلف مقاطعاتها وتطورها عبر الزمن وأيضا تهتم بكيفية توزعها فأنماط الجرائم متعددة ومختلفة فجرائم القانون العام المقصود منها تلك الجرائم التي تتضمن جرائم الاعتداء على الأشخاص مثل القتل العمدي، الضرب والجرح العمدي، التهديد، السب والشتم، وجرائم الاعتداء على الأسرة والآداب العامة والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الممتلكات مثل السرقة بشتى صورها، والتخريب، الحرق، و الجرائم الاقتصادية و المالية كالتهريب الجمركي والتزوير الخ. اما الجرائم المتعلقة بالمساس بالشيء العمومي فتتمثل في جرائم ضد الأمن العمومي وأمن الدولة _ جرائم ضد النظام العمومي وسلطة الدولة وقوانينها. وهذا يكون بقراءة وتحليل ومناقشة المعطيات خلال السنوات الأخيرة 2016-2022. The aim of this research paper is to track the evolution of criminal phenomena and their levels over different time periods in one of the major cities of Algeria (Algiers Province). This will be accomplished by relying on the presentation and analysis of various official statistical data provided by the General Directorate of National Security and the National Gendarmerie Command. The study also aims to examine the variation in the volume and types of crimes based on different demographic characteristics of offenders in Algiers, Algeria's capital city, across its various districts and their evolution over time. It also focuses on how these crimes are distributed. The types of crimes are diverse and encompass public law offenses, including crimes involving attacks on individuals such as intentional homicide, assault, threats, slander, and defamation. It also covers crimes against families, public morals, and property crimes like theft in its various forms, vandalism, arson, as well as economic and financial crimes such as customs smuggling and forgery. Crimes related to encroaching on public property are represented by offenses against public security, state security, crimes against public order, and the authority of the state and its laws. This will be achieved through the examination, analysis, and discussion of data from the past years (2016-2022).
