Abstract

نهدف من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع المسؤولية الجزائية للمؤسسات الصحية الخاصة ويعود هذا لتقييدها بجملة من القوانين والتشريعات التي تصب جميعها في تحديد وتنظيم المسؤولية الجزائية لهذه المؤسسات في حالة ارتكابها مخالفات وجرائم عمدية ؛ وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج يمكن تلخيصها إلى أن القطاع الصحي الخاص يساهم بشكل فعال وايجابي في التكفل بصحة المواطنين في حالة احترامه للقوانين المفروضة عليه.

À travers cette étude, nous visons à faire la lumière sur la question de la responsabilité pénale des établissements de santé privés, et cela est dû à leur limitation par un certain nombre de lois et de législations, qui servent toutes à déterminer et à réglementer la responsabilité pénale de ces institutions en cas de commission de violations et de crimes intentionnels ;

Through this study, we aim to shed light on the issue of the criminal responsibility of private health institutions, and this is due to their restriction by a number of laws and legislations, all of which serve to determine and regulate the criminal responsibility of these institutions in the event of committing violations and intentional crimes;
