دور الائتـمان الإيـجـاري فـي تمـــويل المــــؤسسات الصغيـــــرة والمتــوسطــــــة دراسة ميدانية بالشركة العربية للإيجار المالي ALCورقـلة

Abstract

تعد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أحد ركائز التنمية في الإقتصاديات الراهنة و ذلك من خلال مساهمتها الايجابية كتوفير مناصب الشغل وزيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ,لكن مع ذلك تواجهها عدة عوائق . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على صيغة الإئتمان الإيجاري الذي جاء كوسيلة بديلة لتمويل مشاريع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ,حيث تكمن مشكلة البحث الأساسية في معرفة كيف تساهم آلية الإئتمان الإيجاري المقدمة من طرف المؤسسات المالية المتخصصة في تعزيز تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ,وقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لإبراز خصائص هذه التقنية التمويلية في الشركة العربية للإيجار المالي ALCورقلة و دورها في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة . ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى الأهمية الكبيرة التي يلعبها الإئتمان الإيجاري في مساعدة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وهذا لسهولة توفر شروطه مقارنة بما تفرضه القروض التقليدية من ضمانات وقيودصعبة,وأنه لابد من الإهتمام به أكثر نتيجة لدوره المهم في تدعيم وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Small and medium enterprises are considered one of the pillars of development in current economies through their positive contribution ;such as providing jobs and increasing the gross domestic product ;hawever they face several obstacles. This study aims to identy the formula of leasing which came as an alternative means of financing the projects of the largest small and medium sized enterprises ;as it the basic research problemlies in knowing how the leasing mechanism provided by specialized financial institutions contributes to enhancing financing for small and medium sized enterprises. The descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon to highlight the characteristics of this financing technology ;especially in theArab Leasing Corporation in Ouargla ;and its role in the development of small and medium sized enterprises .throught this study we reached the great importance that current leasing in helping small and medium sized enterprises and this ease provides comparative conditions ;whith the guarantees and restrictions imposed by traditional credis that are almost impossible ;more attention must be said to it as a result of its impotant role in strengthening and developing small and medium sized enterprises
