مساهمة القرض الرفيق في ربحية البنوك دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية ورقلة(2016-2023)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على القرض الرفيق، على اعتباره قرض استغلالي مخصص للفلاحين لتمويل أنشطتهم الفلاحية، ولتوضيح هذا استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري لوصف الظاهرة المدروسة، واستخدمنا في الجانب التطبيقي دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية ورقلة من خلال الاعتماد على المقابلة والحصول على المعطيات المتمثلة في مبالغ القروض وعدد الملفات المستفيدين، وتم تحديد مكان الدراسة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وعينة الدراسة المتمثلة في 8سنوات من 2016-2023 وتم اختيارها على حسب المعلومات المتوفرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج منها: - أن القرض الرفيق هوا قرض استغلالي للفلاحين. - القرض الرفيق هو قرض بفوائد لكن تسددها وزارة الفلاحة نيابة عن الفلاح

This study aims to identify the soft loan, as an exploitative loan allocated to farmers to finance their agricultural activities. To clarify this, we used the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect to describe the phenomenon studied, and in the applied aspect we used a case study of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ouargla, by relying on the interview and obtaining data represented in loan amounts and the number of beneficiary files. The study location was determined as the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development and the study sample represented in 8 years from 2016-2023 and was chosen according to the available information. The study reached the most important results, including: - The soft loan is an exploitative loan for farmers. - A companion loan is a loan with interest, but it is repaid by the Ministry of Agriculture on behalf of the farmer
