Bioethanol and biogas are fuels obtained from the fermentation of sugar plants and the anaerobic digestion of organic compounds, the major advantage of these biofuels is the reduction of greenhouse gases. In this work, we are interested in the production of bioethanol from date waste, the methodology for this work is articulated around the three parts Documentary research: This is a phase during which we identified and located sources of information on biofuels and bioethanol. The practical part presents a synthesis of the data on the methods of manipulation of the experiments and the instruments used to produce bioethanol by alcoholic fermentation followed by anaerobic digestion. The third part presents a bibliographical synthesis on studies of bioethanol production from date wasteen_US
