دور التسيير الجبائي في تدنئة المخاطر الجبائية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة خلال سنة 2024

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز واقع تسيير الخطر الجبائي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية بالجزائر في ظل التغير المستمر في التشريعات الجبائية باعتبار ان التسيير الجبائي واحد من العوامل الحاسمة في التحكم في تكاليف المؤسسة الجبائية بصفة خاصة بالتالي التكاليف الكلية بصفة عامة. وقد اعتمدنا لغرض هذا الموضوع المنهجين الوصفي و التحليلي من خلال التطرق لأهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتسيير الجبائي والمخاطر الجبائية ثم عملية تسييره ، كما قمنا بإجراء استبيان على مجموعة من ممتهني مهنة المحاسبة والمسيرين الماليين لبعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية ورقلة لفحص مدى اهتمام تلك المؤسسات بوظيفة التسيير الجبائي ومدى تحقق مصادر الخطر الجبائي بها.

The study aims to identify the reality of managing the tax risk in the economic institution in Algeria in light of the continuous change in tax legislation, considering that tax management is one of the decisive factors in controlling the costs of the tax institution in particular and thus the total costs in general. For the purpose of this topic, we have adopted the descriptive and analytical approaches by addressing the most important concepts related to fiscal management and fiscal risks and then the process of managing it. We also conducted a questionnaire on a group of accounting professionals and financial managers of some economic institutions in the state of Ouargla to examine the extent of these institutions’ interest in the function of fiscal management and the extent to which Sources of fiscal risk.
