دور رقمنة القطاع الصحي في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير رقمنة القطاع الصحي على تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة الصحية؛ تمت دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بورقلة عبر دراسة ميدانية لعينة من متلقي العلاج لدى المؤسسة وعينة من الموظفين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستعمل الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، وكانت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من المواطنين من 253 فرد وعينة عشوائية من الموظفين من 146 موظف ؛ وقد تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية ومعاجلتها ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSSV22 ، بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تهتم بالرقمنة بمستوى متوسط و مقبول كما أنها تملك صورة ذهنية متوسطة لدى جمهورها الداخلي و الخارجي و تم تأكيد وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرقمنة في القطاع الصحي والصورة الذهنية الكلية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة ؛ كما تبين وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة والمتغيرات الشخصية بالنسبة لمتغيري تكرار التردد على العيادات والحالة الاجتماعية

The study aims to identify the extent of the impact of the numerisation of the healthcare sector on enhancing the corporate image of the health institution –case of the EPSP Ouargla-. To achieve this; a descriptive analytical approach was adopted using a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 253 healthcare users; and 146 employees of the institution. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSSV22 program. The study concluded to: The level of interest in the numerisation process in the health institution “EPSP Ouargla” is moderate and tends to be acceptable. The studied institution has an average mental image among its internal and external audiences The existence of a Positive statistically significant relationship between numerisation of the healthcare sector and the enhancement of the global corporate image of the health institution “EPSP Ouargla” There are statistically significant differences between the mental image of the studied institution “EPSP Ouargla” and the personal variables for the variables of frequency of visits to polyclinics and social status, and there are no differences for the rest of the personal variables among the institution’s audience (employees and healthcare users).
