Abstract

تهدف الدّراسة إلى التّعرف على دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل _عمر بخريص_ ورقلة_، حيث اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) النسخة 26، بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية للانحرافات المعيارية، وخلصت الدراسة الى وجود مستوى مقبول من تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسة، ووجود مستوى متوسط من الابداع الإداري لدى الموظفين الإداريين بالمؤسسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية لدى الموظفين الإداريين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بوخريص عمر-ورقلة-

This study aims at investigating the role of the electronic management in achieving administrative innovation in the mother and child hospital “Omar boukris” in Ouargla، the study was conducted on a random sample of (53) administrative employees using the descriptive analytical approach , and to achieve the objectives of this study; a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool through the statistical package program of the social sciences(spss) software version 26، depending on the arithematic averages of the standard deviation . the study summarised a set of results among the most important of which is the existence of an electronic management application in the mother and child hospital “Omar boukris” in Ouargla. Also, the availability of the administrative innovation dimensions among the administrative employees of the hospital. There is a correlation between the electronic management application and the administrative innovation and creativity in the hospital. There are some differences between the employees due to the personal variants
