دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي دراسة حالة بنك السلام الجزائر ( 2019-2021 )

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير التكنولوجيا المالية على الشمول المالي من أجل وصول كافة فئات المجتمع إلى جميع الخدمات و المنتجات المالية بسهولة من الل تحديد تغير المااملت باستخدام وسائل الدفع اللكتروني و كذا قياس أبااد الشمول المالي في بنك السلم الجزائر الل الفترة 2021 – 2019و ذلك باستخدام عملية تحليل إحصائيات البنك الل هذه الفترة, و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: التكنولوجيا المالية تساهم في تازيز الشمول المالي فتقلل من تكلفة الخدمات المالية, و كذا المسافات بين المناطق الريفية و مراكز فروع البنك

This study aimed to highlight the impact of financial technology on financial inclusion to ensure that all segments of society can easily access all financial services and products. This was achieved by examining the changes in transactions using electronic payment methods and measuring the dimensions of financial inclusion at Al Salam Bank Algeria during the period 2019-2021 through the analysis of the bank's statistics during this period. The study concluded that financial technology contributes to enhancing financial inclusion by reducing the cost of financial services and bridging the distance between rural areas and bank branches
