Calcul du vérification production de reformat au niveau raffinerie d’Adrar - R1AD

Abstract

Le reformage catalytique est un processus crucial dans l'industrie du raffinage pétrolier, visant à améliorer la qualité des produits finis en convertissant les coupes naphta à faible indice d'octane en carburants à haut indice d'octane, ainsi qu'en hydrogène et en produits légers. Ce procédé est complexe et dépend de plusieurs paramètres opératoires tels que la nature de la charge, le débit d'hydrogène, la température, le taux de chlore, etc. Notre travail se portera sur l’étude de la performance de l’unité en faisant un calcul des bilans matières de l’unité et par deminetionement de ces réacteurs

Catalytic reforming is a vital process in the oil refining industry, as it aims to improve the quality of final products by converting low-octane oil into high-octane fuel, in addition to producing hydrogen and light products. This process is complex and depends on several operational parameters such as the nature of the charge, hydrogen flow speed, temperature, chlorine percentage, and others. Our work will focus on studying the unit's performance by calculating the unit's physical and estimating the dimensions of the reactors in this unit .

يعتبر الـاصلاح التحفيزي عملية حيوية في صناعة تكرير النفط، حيث يهدف إلى تحسين جودة المنتجات النهائية من خلال تحويل النفط ذو مؤشر أوكتان منخفض إلى وقود ذو مؤشر أوكتان عالي، بالإضافة إلى إنتاج الهيدروجين والمنتجات الخفيفة. هذه العملية معقدة وتعتمد على عدة معاملات تشغيلية مثل طبيعة الشحنة، وسرعة تدفق الهيدروجين، ودرجة الحرارة، ونسبة الكلور، وغيرها. سيتم التركيز في عملنا على دراسة أداء الوحدة من خلال حساب الموازنات المادية والحرارية للوحدة وتقدير أبعاد المفاعلات في هذه الوحدة.
