مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي لدى أعوان الشبه طبي دراسة ميدانية بمدينة تقرت

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي لدى اعوان الشبه طبي، ودراسة الفروق بين الجنس وسن والخبرة، وقد تمثلت أداة الدراسة في مقياس بار اون لذكاء الإنفعالي، وتطبيقه على 60 عون شبه طبي بمدينة تقرت بمستشفى سليمان عميرات ومستشفى الأم والطفل، وبما أن دراستنا وصفية اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي، ولمناقشة نتائج الفرضيات استخدمنا الحزمة الأساليب الاحصائية spss، والتي أسفرت على النتائج الآتية: • _مستوى الذكاء الإنفعالي لدى اعوان الشبه طبي مرتفع . • -توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ذكاء الإنفعالي لدى اعوان الشبه طبي تعزي لمتغير الجنس . • -توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ذكاء الإنفعالي لدى اعوان الشبه طبي تعزي لمتغير الخبرة . • -توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ذكاء الإنفعالي لدى اعوان الشبه طبي تعزي لمتغير السن .

This study aimed to know the level of emotional intelligence among paramedical staff, and to study the differences between gender, age and experience. The study tool was the Bar-On Scale for Emotional Intelligence, and it was applied to 60 paramedical staff in the city of Touggourt, at the Suleiman Amirat Hospital and the Mother and Child Hospital, and since our study is descriptive. We relied on the descriptive approach in its exploratory style, and to discuss the results of the hypotheses we used the SPSS statistical methods package, which yielded the following results: _The level of emotional intelligence among paramedical staff is high -There are statistically significant differences in the emotional intelligence of paramedics due to the gender variable . -There are statistically significant differences in the emotional intelligence of paramedics due to the variable of experience -There are statistically significant differences in the emotional intelligence of paramedics due to the age variable
