أثر الافصاح المحاسبي في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات (دراسة ميدانية في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية 03/02إلى غاية 2024/05/22)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور الإفصاح المحاسبي في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات، وفي سبيل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإحاطة بالموضوع قمنا بالتطرق إلى مفاهيم حول حوكمة الشركات من جهة والتطرق إلى متطلبات الإفصاح المحاسبي من جهة أخرى، وبعدها تطرقنا إلى دراسة ميدانية حيث اعتمدنا على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبرنامج إحصائي SPSS، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين الإفصاح المحاسبي وحوكمة الشركات، فالإفصاح المحاسبي هو ركيزة أساسية في التطبيق الفعال لمبادئ حوكمة الشركات والذي بدوره ينعكس بالإيجاب في تنشيط السوق المالي الجزائري

This study aims to shed light on the role of accounting disclosure in activating corpoate governance , To achieve the study‘s objectives and address the Topic, We have touched on concepts of corporate governance on the one hand and the requirements of accounting disclosure on the other, We then proceeded to an empirical study where we relied on a questionnaire as a data collection tool and the SPSS statistical program, The study found a statistically significant positive relationship between accounting disclosure and corporate governance, Accounting disclosunre is a fundamental pillar in the effective implementation of the princples of corporate governance, which in turn is positively reflcted in revitalizing the Algerian financial market .
