Etude des huiles essentielles de la plante aromatique citronnelle de la région d'Ouargla

Abstract

الهدف الرئيسي من مشروع دراستنا النهائي هو دراسة زيت الليمون الأساسي المزروع في منطقة تغزوت -وادي سوف. نبتة الليمون، المعروفة أيضًا باسم Cymbopogon citratus، مشهورة بخصائصها العلاجية واستخداماتها المتنوعة في المجالات الصيدلانية والتجميلية والطبية. عملية استخراج الزيت الأساسي عن طريق التقطير المائي أعطت نسبة (0.44%). نتائج التحاليل الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيت الأساسي تتوافق مع معايير AFNOR. تم تحليل الزيت الأساسي بواسطة GC/MS، وكشفت النتائج الطيفية عن وجود السيتـرال (48.16%)، وهو المركب النشط الرئيسي المسؤول عن فعالية هذا الزيت

The main objective of our final study project is the study of lemongrass essential oil cultivated in the Taghzout - Oued Souf region. The lemongrass plant, also known as Cymbopogon citratus, is renowned for its therapeutic properties and its diverse uses in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical fields. The essential oil extraction process by hydro-distillation yielded a rate of (0.44%). The results of the physicochemical analyses of the essential oil conform to AFNOR standards. The essential oil was analyzed by GC/MS, and the spectral results revealed the presence of citral (48.16%), the main active compound responsible for the activity of this oil.
