Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في المحددات الديموغرافية والسوسيوإقتصادية لمرضى القصور الكلوي بمدينة ورقلة سنة 2024، وذلك مز خلال دراسة ميدانية شملت المؤسسة الاستشفائية والمركز الخاص أمي عائشة، وقدم تقديم وتحليل وتفسير البيانات على مرض القصور الكلوي في جداول بسيطة والآخرى مركبة تختوي على متغيرين (تابع-مستقل)، بالنسبة للتابع (أسباب داء القصور الكلوي، أنواعه، مضاعفاته، التشخيص، العلاج) والمستقل ممثلا بأحد المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، السن، المستوى الإقتصادي، المستوى التعليمي). ومن تم إختيار الفرضيات الإحصائية والتوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: يوجد اختلاف في بعض الأسباب وأعراض ومضاعفات داء القصور الكلوي حسب السن والجنس، وأن الذكور أكثر عرضة اللإصابة حيث أن العامل الأساسي هو التقدم في العمر، وكدا ثأتير المستوى الإقتصادي على عملية العلاج والمتابعة الطبية مع عدم بروز ( المستوى التعليمي) الثقافة الصحية.

This study aims to investigate the demographic and socioeconomic determinants of kidney failure patients in the city of Ouargla in 2024. This involves a field study that includes both the hospital institution and the private center "Umi Aisha." Data on kidney failure patients were presented, analyzed, and interpreted using simple and compound tables containing two variables (dependent-independent). The dependent variables include the causes of kidney failure, its types, complications, diagnosis, and treatment, while the independent variable is represented by one of the demographic variables (gender, age, economic level, educational level). The selection of statistical hypotheses led to several key findings: there are differences in some causes, symptoms, and complications of kidney failure based on age and gender, with males being more susceptible primarily due to aging. Additionally, the economic level affects the treatment process and medical follow-up, while the educational level does not prominently reflect health culture.
