Etude du phénomène de l'engorgement dans la colonne de stabilisation au niveau de l’unité de traitement brut sud (UTBS) Hassi Messaoud

Abstract

Le traitement du pétrole brut est une étape essentielle qui permet de transformer le pétrole brut en différents produits finis tels que l’essence, le fioul lourd ou le gasoil. L'une des étapes de traitement les plus importantes est l'utilisation de la colonne de stabilisation, qui diminue la tension de vapeur de Reid TVR pour avoir des produits finaux respectant les normes et les spécifications exigées. Les colonnes de stabilisation sont très utilisées dans I industrie pétrolière. Cependant ces colonnes de stabilisation peuvent être limitées à cause du problème d’engorgement. Dans ce travail, on présente une étude sur les limites d’engorgement pour un écoulement liquide -vapeur en contre-courant dans une colonne de stabilisation.

Crude oil processing is an essential step that allows crude oil to be transformed into different finished products such as gasoline, heavy fuel oil or diesel. One of the most important processing steps is the use of the stabilization column, which reduces the Reid vapor pressure RVP to have final products meeting the required standards and specifications. Stabilization columns are widely used in the petroleum industry. However, these stabilization columns can be limited due to the problem of Flooding. In this work, we present a study on the Flooding limits for a countercurrent liquid-vapor flow in a stabilization column.

تعد معالجة النفط الخام خطوة أساسية تسمح بتحويل النفط الخام إلى منتجات نهائية مختلفة مثل البنزين وزيت الوقود الثقيل أو الديزل. ومن أهم خطوات المعالجة استخدام عمود التثبيت الذي يقلل نسبة الغازات للحصول على منتجات نهائية مطابقة للمعايير والمواصفات المطلوبة. تستخدم أعمدة التثبيت على نطاق واسع في الصناعات البترولية. ومع ذلك، يمكن أن تصادف أعمدة التثبيت هذه مشاكل بسبب ظاهرة الإنسداد. في هذا العمل، تم تقديم دراسة عن حدود ظاهرة إنسداد الناتجة من تدفق البخار والسائل في اتجاهيين متعاكسين في عمود التثبيت.
