نقد المركزية الإمبريالية عند نعوم تشومسكي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على رؤية نعوم تشومسكي في تفكيكه للإمبريالية المركزية التي إستخدمت أساليب مختلفة للسيطرة على الدول الهامشية، وفي هذا حاول أن يسير على نهج فلاسفة ما بعد الحداثة الذين رفضوا فكرة هيمنة المركز، مثل فوكو ودريدا وسعيد، ولعل من أشهر الأنظمة التي حاول المنشق الأمريكي تفكيكها هو النظام الليبرالي الجديد الذي يحدد سمات عصرنا إقتصاديا وسياسيا والذي أدى إلى زيادة غير عادية في نسبة الحرمان الشديد في أفقر دول العالم، بيئة عالمية كارثية، إقتصاد عالمي غير مستقر، ثروة هائلة غير مسبوقة في أيدي الأغنياء، ليعرج بعدها لأحد أهم الأزمات التي واجهت البشرية والتي حاول تشومسكي تفكيكها وهي أزمة الديمقراطية التي عبرت عن الشكل الأتم للسياسية اللآديمقراطية الإمبريالية الغربية التي تعمل جاهدة على تجسيد الحلم الغربي المتمثل في السيطرة والإستحواذ على سلطة القرار عالميا وهو مانجحت فيه الأنظمة الغربية إلى حد بعيد بفضل أساليبها المتمثلة في الحرب على الإرهاب والبروباغندا الإعلامية، ليقترح سلسلة من الحلول التي يمكن أن تساعد في القضاء على الفكر الإمبريالي المركزي بمختلف جوانبه الإقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية وحتى البيئية التي دمرت وما زالت تعصف بالعالم بسبب التقسيم الإقليمي بين العالم المتقدم الشمال والعالم المتخلف في الجنوب.

This study seeks to discern Noam Chomsky's perspective as he critiques central imperialism, employing diverse methods to exert control over peripheral nations. Chomsky aligns himself with post-modern philosophers like Foucault, Derrida, and Said, who reject the notion of hegemony centered on a core authority. Notably, Chomsky addresses the dismantling of the new liberal order, a defining aspect of our contemporary economic and political landscape. This order has precipitated a remarkable surge in severe deprivation in the world's poorest nations, a global environmental crisis, economic instability on a worldwide scale, and an unprecedented concentration of wealth among the affluent.Chomsky identifies a profound crisis confronting humanity—the crisis of democracy, epitomizing the undemocratic politics inherent in Western imperialism. Western regimes, largely successful in realizing their ambition to control global decision-making, have utilized strategies such as the war on terrorism and media propaganda. In response, Chomsky endeavors to propose a set of solutions aimed at eradicating central imperialist ideologies across various domains, encompassing economics, society, politics, culture, and even the environment. These ideologies, rooted in the regional disparity between the developed North and the underdeveloped South, have wrought destruction and continue to afflict the world.
