أثر استراتيجية التحول الرقمي على الأداء المالي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر استراتيجية التحول الرقمي، بأبعاده المتمثلة في الأجهزة والبرمجيات، الشبكات والمنصات، قواعد البيانات، الدفع الإلكتروني، وآلية التسوية الآنية، على محددات الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصاديةحيث نسعى لمعرفة العلاقة بين المتغيرين ومحاولة تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة خلال الفترة 2017-2021. أجريت هذه الدراسة في شركة سونلغاز وبالأخص في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز -ورقلة- والفروع التابعة لها. تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كمصدر أساسي في جمع البيانات من خلال عينة مكونة من 66 موظفا، وكذا أداة المقابلة مع رئيس قسم المالية والمحاسبة. كما تمت الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الاحصائية ( SPSS V22 ) لتحليل ومعالجة المعطيات، ثم العمل على تحليل القوائم المالية للمؤسسة مع استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة وقوية بين بعدين مهمين في عملية التحول الرقمي وهما "الدفع الإلكتروني "و"آلية التسوية الآنية" ومحددات الأداء المالي.

This study aims to clarify the impact of the digital transformation strategy with its five dimensions (hardware and software, networks and platforms, databases, electronic payment, real-time settlement mechanism) on the financial performance determinants (treasury, liquidity ratio, profitability ratios...) of the economic institution and discuss the relationship between the two variables and try to evaluate The financial performance of the institution during the period 2017-2021, where this study was conducted in the Sonelgaz company, specifically in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution - Ouargla - and its four affiliated branches, through a sample of 66, which represents the total number of employees, as an answer from us to the problem raised that was On the extent to which the digital transformation strategy contributes to improving financial performance, and in order to address this problem, the questionnaire tool was relied upon as a primary source for data collection, as well as the interview with the head of the Finance and Accounting Department, and the SPSS V22 program was also relied upon to analyze and process data, as well as work on analyzing the financial statements For the institution, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study concluded that there is a positive and strong relationship between two important dimensions in the digital transformation process, "electronic payment" and "real-time settlement mechanism" and financial performance determinants.
