الاحتياج التّدريبي للمشرفين التّربويّين من المعارف والاتجاهات والمهارات لتحقيق الأمن التربوي لدى المعلمين The Training Needs of Educational Supervisors in Knowledge, Attitudes, and Skills to Achieve Educational Security for Teachers

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على احتياجات المشرفين التربويين التدريبيّة من المعارف والاتجاهات والمهارات لتحقيق الأمن التربوي لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. المنهجية: اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وشملت الدراسة جميع المشرفين التربويين في محافظة الإحساء والبالغ عددهم (293) مشرفًا. النتائج: وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاحتياجات التدريبية للمشرفين التربويين المتعلقة بالمعارف لتحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى المعلمين في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (4.35) وبانحراف معياري (0.771) وبدرجة عالية جدًّا، ومن أبرز تلك الاحتياجات التدريبية (إدراك أهمية حبّ الوطن والدفاع عنه، وكذلك الوعي بفكر الوسطية والاعتدال، والإلمام بأساليب الأمن التربوي في التعامل مع الآخرين). وجاءت احتياجات المشرفين التربويين التدريبيّة المتعلقة بالاتجاهات لتحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى المعلمين، في المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (4.07) وبانحراف معياري (0.797) وبدرجة عالية، ومن أبرز تلك الاحتياجات التدريبية (تعزيز الثقافة الأمنية والالتزام بالقواعد والنظام، وكذلك المشاركة في بناء الشخصية المعتدلة، وتنظيم الندوات والمحاضرات والمعارض ذات العلاقة بالأمن الفكري). وأن الاحتياجات التدريبية للمشرفين التربويين المتعلقة بالمهارات لتحقيق الأمن الفكري لدى المعلمين في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.97) وبانحراف معياري (0.742) وبدرجة عالية، ومن أبرز تلك الاحتياجات التدريبية (الإصغاء للرأي الآخر، وكذلك القدرة على تمييز الأفكار والاتجاهات الإيجابية والسلبية، والتواصل الفاعل مع الإدارات العليا لتنفيذ برامج إبداعية في الأمن الفكري). التوصيات: أوصت الدراسة بمتابعة مراكز التدريب والتطوير التربوي تحت إشراف مركز الوعي الفكري بوزارة التعليم، وتطبيق معايير جودة التدريب لبرامج الأمن الفكري، والتحسين استناداً على التغذية الراجعة. وتصميم برامج تدريبية وفق الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية Objective: The purpose of the study was to identify the training needs of educational supervisors in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and skills to achieve educational security among teachers from the perspective of educational supervisors. Method: The study followed a descriptive survey method, and included all educational supervisors in the Al- Hasa governorate, numbering (293) supervisors. Results: The results of the study showed that the training needs of educational supervisors related to knowledge to achieve intellectual security among teachers ranked first with an average of (4.35) and a standard deviation of (0.771) and a very high degree. Among the most prominent of these training needs are (realizing the importance of loving the homeland and defending it, awareness of moderate thought, and familiarity with the methods of educational security in dealing with others). The training needs of educational supervisors related to attitudes to achieve intellectual security among teachers came in second place with an average of (4.07) and a standard deviation of (0.797) and a high degree. Among the most prominent of these training needs are (promoting security culture and adherence to rules and regulations, participating in building a moderate personality, and organizing seminars, lectures, and exhibitions related to intellectual security). The training needs of educational supervisors related to skills to achieve intellectual security among teachers came in third and last place with an average of (3.97) and a standard deviation of (0.742) and a high degree. Among the most prominent of these training needs are (listening to the opinions of others, as well as the ability to distinguish between positive and negative ideas and trends, and effective communication with senior management to implement creative programs in intellectual security). Recommendations: The study recommended following up on educational training centers by the Center for Intellectual Awareness at the Ministry of Education, applying training quality standards for intellectual security programs, and collecting feedback for improvement.
