Abstract

لم تظهر المؤسسة على الأشكال و الأنماط التي هي سائدة اليوم، و إنما عرفت تطورات عديدة منذ نشأتها من الاكتفاء على المستوى المحلي إلى المؤسسات الكبرى التي نراها اليوم بمختلف أحجامها وأشكالها فرغم ظهور المؤسسة في سياق سوسيوتاريخي محدد في بداية القرن العشرين (مرحلة تطور المؤسسات، ففي الربع الأول من هذا القرن ظهرت النظريات الأولى التي عنيت بالإدارة ) إلا أن هذا المفهوم قد ارتبط بمعاني كثيرة ومتعددة، كشفت في مجموعها عن تباين الأطر و السياقات التي أستخدم فيها من جانب علماء الاجتماع و الاقتصاد وغيرهم ممن ميزوا بين مستويات تحليل المؤسسة والظواهر التنظيمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسة ،.الموارد البشرية ، الأداء، الإنتاج ، التسويق Abstract: The institution did not appear in the forms and patterns that prevail today, but rather it witnessed many developments since its inception, from sufficiency at the local level to the large institutions that we see today in their various sizes and shapes.
