Stresses And Their Relationship To Career Quality Of Employees At The University Of Ouargla

Abstract

This study aims to know the level of stresses and the level of career quality of employees at the University of to study the relationship between these two variables in the members of the sample, and because the nature of the topic studied and in order to achieve the objectives of this study we used the descriptive method where the members of the study consisted of 200 occupational workers selected in a random manner and applied to them a questionnaire on the pressures of the family life of Amani Abdul Maqsoud after some modification on it and cheking his psychometric characteristics, and the career quality questionnaire of Amar bin Mohammed Al-Eid Hamam after cheking his psychometric characteristics, and after processing the data using the 25th version of SPSS , We have reached the following results: - The level of family life stresses of employeesat the University of Ouargla is low. - The career quality of employees at the University of Ouargla is high. - There is no statistically significant correlation between the stresses and the career quality of .employees at the University of Ouargla Keywords: stresses, career quality,employees , Quality of life, Work-life balance. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى ضغوط الحياة ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية للعمال المهنيين بجامعة ورقلة، وكذا دراسة العلاقة بين هاذين المتغيرين لدى أفراد العينة ، وتماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع المدروس ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) عاملا مهنيا اختيرو بطريقة عشوائية حيث طبق عليهم إستبيان ضغوط الحياة لأماني عبد المقصود بعد تعديله ودراسة خصائصه السيكومترية، واستبيان جودة الحياة الوظيفية لعمار بن محمد العيد حمامة بعد دراسة خصائصه السيكومترية، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام النسخة 25 للبرنامج الإحصائي spss أفضت نتائج التحليل إلـــــــــى: - أن مستوى ضغوط الحياة لدى موظفي جامعة ورقلة منخفض. - أن مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى موظفي جامعة ورقلة مرتفع. - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط الحياة و جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى موظفي جامعة ورقلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغوط النفسية، جودة الحياة الوظيفية، الموظفين، النسق أسرة- عمل، جودة الحياة.
