Requirements for the application of the e-governance mechanism in Algerian banks متطلبات تطبيق آلية الحوكمة الإلكترونية في البنوك الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق آلية الحوكمة الإلكترونية في البنوك الجزائرية، من خلال آراء وتصورات عينة من الموظفين بالوكالات البنكية بولاية غرداية، استهدفت العينة 116 موظفا بمختلف المناصب حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاستبانة كأداة، ولتحليل المحاور الخمسة لمتطلبات الحوكمة الالكترونية ( القانونية، البشرية، الإدارية، البنية التحتية، الامن الرقمي) استخدمنا برنامج SPSS 25 على عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية، توصلت الدراسة الى ضرورة تنظيم دورات تدريبية متخصصة لموظفي البنوك التجارية بالجزائر، تحديث الأطر القانونية وتعزيز نظم الامن الرقمي، بالإضافة الى تبني أحدث التقنيات لتعزيز كفاءة العمليات البنكية وتسريع تقديم الخدمات. This study aimed to identify the requirements for the application of the e-governance mechanism in Algerian banks, through the opinions and perceptions of a sample of employees in banking agencies in the Wilayat of Ghardaia. The sample targeted 116 employees in various positions, as we relied on the descriptive analytical approach through the questionnaire as a tool, and to analyze the five axes of e-governance requirements (legal, human, administrative, infrastructure, digital security). We used the SPSS 25 program on a number of statistical methods. The study concluded that specialized training courses should be organized for employees of commercial banks in Algeria, updating legal frameworks and strengthening digital security systems, in addition to adopting the latest technologies to enhance the efficiency of banking operations and accelerate the provision of services.
