Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على دور البنية التحتية التقنية في تحسين الأداء الاداري للمكتبات الجامعية، بداية بالتعرف على واقع البنية التحتية التقنية المستخدمة ثم التطرق الى علاقتها مع الأداء الإداري المطبق من وجهة نظر الإداريين . فتمت الدراسة على 07 مكتبات جامعية على مستوى 03 جامعات جزائرية : جامعة باتنة 1 ، جامعة باتنة 2 و جامعة ورقلة . بالاعتماد على برنامج26 SPSS اذ خلصت النتائج إلى أن واقع البنية التحتية المستخدمة لم تصل الى المستوى المطلوب ويفسر ذلك بضعف الأجهزة والعنصر البشري بصفة خاصة ووجود علاقة إيجابية بين مستوى البنية التحتية التقنية المستخدمة وتحسين الأداء الإداري وهذا يؤكد على أهمية البنية التحتية التقنية في تحسين الأداء الاداري. The study aims to identify the role of technical infrastructure in improving the administrative performance of university libraries, starting with identifying the reality of the technical infrastructure used and then addressing its relationship with the applied administrative performance from the point of view of administrators. The study was conducted on 7 university libraries at the level of 3 Algerian universities: University of Batna 1 - University of Batna 2 and University of Ouargla. Relying on the SPSS 26 program, the results concluded that the reality of the infrastructure used did not reach the required level. This is explained by the weakness of the equipment and the human element in particular, and the existence of a positive relationship between the level of the technical infrastructure used and the improvement of administrative performance. This confirms the importance of technical infrastructure in improving administrative performance.
