Financial inclusion is seen as a lever to stimulate national savings and promote economic growth. By facilitating access to banking services for marginalized segments, we can hope for an increase in investment and an improvement in the stability of the Algerian financial system. In the space of a decade, it became the center of interest of all governments in the world where multinational bodies were created. It allows the reduction of income gaps between the rich and the poor. It encourages the formalization of hoarded money flows and their transfer to the formal circuit; it guarantees people who suffer from financial exclusion easy access to financial services. The objective of this article is to examine the prerequisites for implementing an inclusive finance strategy and to determine the fundamental levers for its success and promotion in Algeria. To do this, we have adopted a methodology that revolves around two distinct approaches: theoretical approach to draw up a portrait of inclusive finance, and an analytical approach through the analysis of the World Bank's Findex activity reportsen_US
