Abstract: The Study aims to identify the economic partnership between The United States And Algeria. The two countries signed a Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA).Establishing a consultative process on trade and investment that led to a bilateral treaty on investment , trade, benefits and taxation. This allowed an intensification of Algeria‘s oil and gas exploitation by multinational corporations. The objective of the agreement was to double trade the volume between the two countries and allow American companies to get a larger share of the Algerian market, particularly in the oil sector. The United States is currently the largest investor in this sector.
