صنع قوالب من الخرسانة الزفتية

Abstract

تعتبر شبكة الطرق في الجنوب الجزائري ذات أهمية كبيرة في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، لكن هذه الأخيرة تتعرض غالبا للاتآكل والتشققات السطحية نظرا لحركة المرور داخل المدن والأحمال القوية للشاحنات والمركبات من جهة وكذا درجات الحرارة العالية التي تسود منطقتنا الصحراوية. تتمثل الدراسة الحالية في صنع قوالب من الخرسانة الزفتية ذات أبعاد محددة مكونة من وحصى 0/3 و3/8 و8/15 الهدف منها هو إصلاح وإعادة تأهيل الطبقات السطحية من الطرق الحضرية خصوصا، بدون اللجوء إلي استخدام الوسائل الثقيلة الاعتيادية في إنشاء الطرق.

The road network in southern Algeria is of great importance in the development of the national economy, but the latter is often exposed to erosion and surface cracks due to intra-urban traffic and heavy truckloads. And vehicles on the one hand, as well as the high temperatures which reign in our desert region. The current study involves making asphalt concrete molds of specific dimensions made of 0/3, 3/8 and 8/15 gravel. The objective is to repair and rehabilitate the surface layers of urban roads in particular, without resorting to the heavy means usual in road construction.

Le réseau routier du sud de l'Algérie est d'une grande importance dans le développement de l'économie nationale, mais cette dernière est souvent exposée à l'érosion et aux fissures superficielles dues au trafic intra-urbain et aux fortes charges de camions et de véhicules d'une part, ainsi que les températures élevées qui règnent dans notre région désertique. L'étude actuelle consiste à réaliser des moules en béton bitumineux de dimensions spécifiques constitués de graviers 0/3, 3/8 et 8/15. L'objectif est de réparer et de réhabiliter les couches superficielles des routes urbaines notamment, sans recourir à des moyens lourds habituels dans la construction de routes.
